Graham Upton

Graham leads Alchemy’s legal department and provides strategic legal guidance to ensure the organization's operations are aligned with the law, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. With over 20 years of experience in corporate law, Graham specializes in technology and SaaS transactions, corporate governance, employment and strategic business planning to mitigate legal risks while driving business success.

Before joining Alchemy, Graham held the role of General Counsel/Chief Legal Counsel at several other companies where he was responsible for negotiating high-profile contracts, leading successful litigation cases, and advising on complex regulatory matters.

In addition to legal expertise, Graham is recognized for his strong leadership skills, providing strategic counsel to executive management and fostering collaboration across various departments to achieve business objectives while maintaining legal and ethical standards.

Outside of work, Graham enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children and the occasional round of golf.
