Jarel Hall brings more than 24 years of IT experience and a broad technology perspective focused on transformation, innovation, and measurable business value. As Chief Information Officer at Alchemy, he combines executive leadership, business acumen, technical depth, and customer advocacy to help strengthen the company’s customer and vendor engagement approach.

Before joining Alchemy, Jarel held multiple IT leadership roles supporting critical enterprise services, including end-user computing, cloud and data center infrastructure, network engineering, IT service management, telecommunications, cybersecurity operations, business continuity, and AI governance. He is recognized for building high-performing teams, fostering trusted partnerships with leading technology providers, and aligning technology strategy with customer outcomes, operational excellence, and long-term growth.

Jarel’s leadership is grounded in customer advocacy, standards of excellence, innovation-driven profitability, data-led decision-making, and accountability for results. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, live sports, concerts, and traveling with his family.
