Before joining Alchemy Technology Group as Microsoft Program Manager, Kyle began his career at Microsoft and later spent 12 years at SHI International, where he led work across Microsoft licensing and operations. Over the course of his career, he has developed deep expertise in licensing programs, product models, contract strategy, and operational execution. He is known for helping business and IT leaders make clearer, more confident decisions around Microsoft investments.
Today, Kyle works closely with clients and internal teams to optimize Microsoft licensing strategies, improve program efficiency, and support smarter planning across evolving cloud and enterprise environments.
