Neil Smith is a technology executive with over 20 years’ experience developing, transforming, and leading teams across dynamic business environments. His expertise spans various sectors, including end-user computing, cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure, where he has effectively built and scaled enterprise organizations of diverse sizes and maturity.
Prior to joining Alchemy Technology Group, Neil dedicated 14 years to Citrix Systems, where he held several executive roles. He led global teams across multiple functions, including sales, customer success, renewal sales, operations, and business development. His roles directly contributed to Citrix’s growth and eventual sale to Private Equity in 2022.
Outside of work, Neil enjoys chauffeuring his kids to activities, travel, sporting events, and living a healthy lifestyle.
