Job Description
The Cybersecurity Enterprise Architect collaborates with business and IT leaders to advise investments in cybersecurity solutions balancing current operational demands, disruptions, and opportunities with the organization’s strategic vision. Additionally, the Enterprise Architect provides technology guidance, roadmaps, principles, standards, and best practices. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and cybersecurity outcomes for our clients. This role necessitates a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, processes, and methodologies. The Enterprise Architect should possess strategic thinking abilities, enabling alignment of cybersecurity initiatives with overall business goals while also demonstrating technical proficiency to execute complex projects.
The Enterprise Architect assumes leadership in collaborating with both business and technology teams to develop and guide corporate and business strategies for applications and technologies that are crucial for secure and seamless end-to-end business operations. This role requires the ability to establish strong partnerships across diverse teams, including business leaders, delivery teams, and external partners, to drive business success and maintain strict alignment with the overarching enterprise portfolio and technology strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Leads the conversations of comprehensive Enterprise Architecture and Technology Standards for cybersecurity, aligning recommended solutions with these frameworks in support of strategic business objectives and technological innovation.
- Demonstrates knowledge and architecture expertise in various cybersecurity technical control areas like identity, endpoint, data, network, workload, and cloud infrastructure security.
- Demonstrates deep expertise in various cybersecurity disciplines (frameworks such as NIST CSF and associated components, maturity models, risk management, defining controls, compliance programs, defense in depth, etc.), technologies, etc.) and program management, aligning multifaceted architectural deliverables (roadmaps, principles, standards, and best practices) with business goals to drive cohesive technology strategies.
- Exhibits an advanced ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly, succinctly, and impactfully, making strategic cybersecurity discussions accessible to all stakeholders.
- Excels in collaborating with different business units to deeply understand their needs and requirements, delivering innovative and strategically aligned data, analytics, and AI technology solutions that drive business value.
- Possesses a high level of technical acumen, enabling thorough assessment and integration of solutions that meet current demands while anticipating future organizational needs across various sectors.
- Guides and inspires teams to adopt and enhance cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, and set industry practice standards.
- Acts as a key innovator and change agent, leading organizational transformation initiatives that align technology adoption with evolving business landscapes.
- Guides long-term strategic planning, including developing comprehensive roadmaps and program plans that anticipate future technology and market trends.

- Leads and supports other architects in managing and implementing the program by exhibiting strong leadership and influential skills, effectively guiding teams, and influencing key stakeholders and partners across the organization.

Job Specific Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant work experience. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with large-scale transformative projects.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives and outcomes via large-scale programs.
- Experience in leading large/complex cross-functional Enterprise-wide programs.
- Demonstrated capabilities in leadership, innovation, problem-solving, influencing, organizing, relationship building, communications skills, strategic thinking, project management, and change management.
- Experience driving life cycle planning, portfolio management, and IT standards setting to promote technology and organizational changes and drive innovation and improved business outcomes.
- Understanding of analytical and independent problem-solving skills; sound judgment and strong collaborative decision-making skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and efficiently juggle competing priorities under pressure.
- Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools.
