Vicki provides HR leadership and support to all Alchemists and has played a critical role in the development and safeguarding of Alchemy's most prized asset, it's culture.
Vicki has over 15 years’ work experience in the IT sector. Originally from the UK, she moved to the USA in 2005 with AppSense where she was the Office Manager / HR Manager. After taking a break to raise her two children, she joined Alchemy in 2017.
She enjoys spending time with her family, AT’ving, boating, and snowboarding. When she isn’t out with her family, Vicki enjoys watching sports, especially Liverpool FC and the Miami Dolphins.
Vicki holds a BA Hons Degree in Business Management and IT from the University of Manchester in the UK.
