Microsoft slashed the rebates they pay to licensing partners, from 6 to 12% down to 0.45%. That fundamentally changed the economics of every Microsoft licensing partnership. The rebate gap has to come from somewhere, which is why many partners have added licensing support fees or reduced the level of proactive guidance they provide.

Microsoft is raising prices on O365/M365 suites by 7 to 30% on July 1st, and Business Suite promos end June 30th. After these deadlines, we can still help, but you'll have fewer options and less leverage. Acting before the deadline gives you the most flexibility.
